Ultrapool Fusion — the Cocktail Bar

Once you think you know the game, the cocktail bar opens. Give the bartender any two balls and he serves something special — the official launch announcement counts hundreds of different fusion balls.

The official store page: "Once you think you know the game, the cocktail bar opens. Ask the bartender to mix any two balls and he will serve you something special! Some of these will feel like they should break the game wide open." Fusions are how the game's combos turn into new balls instead of just bigger numbers.

When the cocktail bar opens

Officially, the bar opens when you have the basics down: "Once you think you know the game". Early players report it becoming available as you clear the early sets and difficulties — the exact unlock rule is not officially published.

Fusion mechanics (confirmed)

  • Input — any two balls (the bartender 'mixes' them).
  • Output — a fusion ball with its own effect; hundreds of combinations are planned (launch announcement).
  • Stakes — official copy warns fusions can feel game-breaking, but you 'need every edge' for an all nighter.

What is NOT published

The official fusion recipe table has not been released. We therefore never list specific ball A + ball B → result combinations as fact. If you see a site with exact fusion tables, check whether it shows a verified version/date — timing makes most early fusion lists unverifiable.

What actually happens when you mix

Players ask four questions about a fusion result. None of them has an official published answer as of the V0.15.0 patch, so here is what is known and what is not:

  • Score resolution — how the fusion's score is set: not officially published. Treat any rule you read as unverified.
  • Effect resolution — which of the two balls' effects the fusion keeps or merges: not officially published.
  • Level resolution — whether the fusion inherits levels from either input: not officially published (per-level scaling exists, see the balls page, but fusion inheritance is undocumented).
  • What happens to both balls — official copy says the bartender 'mixes' two balls and serves a fusion ball; whether the originals survive or convert is not published in detail.

If a guide answers all four precisely, it is guessing or working from an unversioned build — the official announcement only commits to 'hundreds of different fusion balls'.

Fusion finder (honest by design)

Pick two officially named balls below. Because official recipes are unpublished, the finder reports Unverified rather than inventing a result.

Why we do not publish fusion tables

Fusion results are exactly the kind of data that patch notes silently change. Publishing unversioned tables would mislead players, so this site keeps fusion content to confirmed mechanics and clearly-marked unknowns.

FAQ

FAQ

Common questions about this topic.

How do I unlock the cocktail bar in Ultrapool?

Officially it opens 'once you think you know the game'. Early players report it appearing as you progress through early sets/difficulties; the exact unlock rule is not published.

What happens when I mix two balls?

The bartender serves a fusion ball with its own effect. Official launch copy counts 'hundreds of different fusion balls' — specific recipes are not officially published.

Is there a full fusion list anywhere?

Not from the developer as of the V0.15.0 patch. Community tables exist but are unverified; confirm any combination in-game on the current build before relying on it.

Do fusions change between patches?

They can — effect data is patch-sensitive. Always check the build version behind any fusion claim.
